Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP)

Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) accreditation is intended for third party training providers who are interested in having their training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). ACTP accredited programs are considered “all inclusive” training programs, which offer start to finish coach training. A minimum of 125 student contact hours, Mentor Coaching and a performance evaluation process are required for ACTP approval. Graduates of an ACTP program may apply for an individual ICF Credential via the ACTP credential application path.

Accredited Fellow Coach 

IIC&M Accreditation is available for all coaches who want to demonstrate their training and experience with an internationally recognised coaching standard and who have met the accreditation requirements established by the IIC&M. Your accreditation assessment is based upon your ability as a coach, your competence levels when you are coaching, and your capability to work with your clients to move them forward in their chosen topic. 4,500 hours coaching experience.

Accredited Master Coach 

IIC&M Accreditation is available for all coaches who want to demonstrate their training and experience with an internationally recognised coaching standard and who have met the accreditation requirements established by the IIC&M. Your accreditation assessment is based upon your ability as a coach, your competence levels when you are coaching, and your capability to work with your clients to move them forward in their chosen topic. 2,500 hours coaching experience.

Accredited Practitioner Coach

IIC&M Accreditation is available for all coaches who want to demonstrate their training and experience with an internationally recognised coaching standard and who have met the accreditation requirements established by the IIC&M. Your accreditation assessment is based upon your ability as a coach, your competence levels when you are coaching, and your capability to work with your clients to move them forward in their chosen topic. 50 hours coaching experience.

Accredited Senior Coach

IIC&M Accreditation is available for all coaches who want to demonstrate their training and experience with an internationally recognised coaching standard and who have met the accreditation requirements established by the IIC&M. Your accreditation assessment is based upon your ability as a coach, your competence levels when you are coaching, and your capability to work with your clients to move them forward in their chosen topic. 750 hours coaching experience.

American Board of Vocational Experts – Fellow (ABVE/F)

This status requires three years of documented experience in assessment of vocational capacity and vocational expert forensics in addition to the requirements (A-F) listed above.

Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR)

The aPHR is the first-ever HR certification designed for practitioners who are just beginning their HR career journey. A certification from HRCI – the gold standard of HR certifications – proves your commitment to the profession and demonstrates your understanding of the fundamentals.

Career Management Fellow (CMF)

Career Management Fellows must have: 12 years’ work experience, at least 6 years in career services; 22 Competencies, including all 12 Core Competencies; Document Competencies using 5 Validation Methods and earning 50 PDC.

Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP)

The CEIP represents association members who have undertaken specialized training to prepare their clients for the critical employment interview. Candidates who have practiced their interview skills and are best prepared for this decisive meeting will be more confident, relaxed, and able to make a positive presentation that leads to the job offer.

Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

The Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation is the profession’s only international certification mark, recognized in over 40 countries. All CMC candidates must have a university education, from a recognized program, or a professional licence i.e. CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, or P.Eng. In order to progress to the evaluation stage, CMC candidates must successfully complete a series of rigorous professional education programs. All candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant management consulting experience.
