Loading Map....

Date(s) - 15/03/2017
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Central Library, Meeting Room 2 Basement

Creating measurable business value through learning programs – ROI, performance, process improvement and more.

This presentation will focus on three case studies:

• Plant control operator training
• Site orientation redesign
• Productivity analysis

You’ll learn about…

• How to make the case for learning and performance initiatives by identifying in-efficiencies and proposing practical solutions
• How to engage management in the conversation
• How to better align learning to performance
• How to measure business impact

Ideally, this may be the start of a bigger Institute for Performance and Learning conversation about how well designed learning initiatives impact performance.
