With a strong background and proven track record in talent acquisition and talent management, Dorothy Wolentarski leads the recruitment practice at Oxford Properties.
As a subject matter expert, she pioneered a social media presence of a global insurance organization by developing and implementing the company’s LinkedIn presence along with developing a social recruitment strategy. Dorothy’s depth of knowledge of the talent acquisition practice comes from 12 years of consulting in Toronto in both the corporate and agency space.
In addition to her talent acquisition expertise, Dorothy has developed and led a high potential program called Early Career Acceleration Program (ECAP) focusing on developing high potential graduates for critical business roles. Her campus recruitment collateral has won the 2014 National Campus Recruitment Excellence award through TalentEgg.
She has recently attended a Community Manager conference as well as the Talent Connect LinkedIn conference in London, UK.
Aside from helping others with their careers, she is an avid traveler, a creative chef and enjoys an intense game of squash!
