Karley Middleton, Wellness Consultant – Karley works with employers to identify employee health risk areas and cost drivers to the benefits plan and then design, implement and maintain a wellness program targeted to those needs. Building a business case for workplace wellness, establishing objectives and budget, analyzing foundation data for benchmarking progress, maximizing existing resources and developing a communication strategy are all areas Karley is able to facilitate at any level of involvement.
