As organizations continue to evolve at an unprecedented pace, so does the need to engage top talent — particularly leaders — in innovative new ways. That’s why organizations are now beginning to focus their attention on creating more meaningful work for employees at all levels, while engaging leaders like never before. The goal: to drive strong, sustainable business results. These companies are working to not only maximize overall employee engagement, but also foster environments of collaboration, innovation and success built on a commitment to their companies’ core values and the pursuit of a common goal — one that’s not always connected to the corporate bottom line. Determining exactly how to achieve that ambitious objective is an ongoing challenge.
