The Common Assessment Counselling Process (CAP), initially designed and delivered by HRDC, is a standardized model for building collaborative client centred information gathering and action planning sessions.
CAP provides a consistent, employment planning and interview format that spans all agency departments, resulting in a well-coordinated, professional approach to the employment planning process.
CAP participants will develop/hone solid counselling skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client assessment process.
CAP training is ideal for counsellors and staff conducting client intake, assessments and service coordination.
