The 2017 APCDA Conference will be held on May 22- 25 at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. We are delighted to have the world expert on Chaos Theory of Careers as a keynote speaker. developed a chaos and complexity-based theory that provides an account of the complexity of influences on career development, the nature of change and unplanned events, as well as the limiting factors and emerging patterns in individual careers. The CTC model is also being applied to leadership, creativity, and occupational stress, particularly through his Beyond Personal Mastery model.

The Asia Pacific region represents diverse nations where career planning services are rapidly expanding. In 2017, APCDA will focus on the uniqueness of each of the countries in our region.
