“Animation Guild statistics show that only 16% of people working in creative or rendering jobs in animation are women.” cebas Visual Technology hopes to get more women interested in the 3D / VFX design work of the future.

Where have all our women gone? Perhaps their are educational barriers that discourage women from attempting such a career.
Are there mentoring programs? What about volunteer opportunities to give women a chance to experience this type of career.
It sounds to me like a male dominated world and incentives are needed to encourage women into this world.
